Initial lack of information
The product arrived safe and it was a good price however after my initial order was placed I heard nothing fom the company for a couple of weeks. No date for delivery or time span anticipated. I rang to ask if my order had been dispatched as I hadn't heard anything. They did then chase it up and I was given a delivery date. It then arrived on the day with no problem

Looks really good and fits perfectly. What I really like is the fact that the fabric has not been skimped as it had on a previous parasol (not from this company).

Excellent service. Needed a replacement parasol canopy. Excellent guidance on line for measuring in order to get correct item. Good service, came within 7 days. Would definitely buy from them again. Also am about to buy another one for the future.

Very poor. Item was ordered in 11th June. I am still waiting for delivery. I had no correspondence from the company in spite of emailing them three times. I managed to get a refund ONLY after I called to ask why my product had not arrived one month after ordering.
